Our Name and Logo
The name Pacific Ingenium
correlates to where and what we do. The Pacific Ocean is the largest body of water between the United States and China. Ingenium means “talent” in latin. We have talent on both sides of the Pacific.
Our tag line, “TALENT ON BOTH SIDES” has a double meaning. The primary meaning is having talent on both sides of the Pacific in America and China. The secondary meaning is having talent that encompasses both application and database expertise which are often isolated from each other in the industry.

Management Team
As past co-workers, Jim and Henry instantly created a bond. As a result of working together, they soon learned about each of their complimentary technical skills. Jim has expert level database skills and some development skills. Henry has expert development skills with some database skills. Overtime, they soon learned of the other overlapping qualities that complement each other. Henry is a dynamic speaker with Toast Master Awards and an extraordinarily motivating Scrum Master. Jim brings experience from his own entrepreneurial businesses along with Project Management and Information Security backgrounds. The synergies between them helped form their partnership.
Through their partnership, they created a process to improve off shore development. This all started because Henry grew up and went to college in China and developed some lifelong relationships with talented software developers in China. The process entails having expertise on site for requirements, design, and work order creation. Upon completion by off shore developers, the work returns on site for reviews, testing, and sign-off.
