The process we use for our off shore development is unique in the industry. Our process gives customers the benefits normally achieved with cost reimbursement and fixed-price contracts. We do this by breaking large projects into smaller units of work (2-4 weeks) that are tightly estimated and closely monitored for both quality and timeliness. The smaller units of work consist of detailed technical specifications in the form of a Statement of Work (SOW) that has a fixed-price. The number of SOWs over the length of a project are variable to meet the demands of the project. The SOW is given to the off shore development team while QA uses it to create a test plan. The SOW easily evolves into technical documentation used by the entire team before and after system deployment. This stream lined process is efficient and effective for everyone involved.
In order to ensure the process is executed successfully, we staff an On Site consultant at your location to handle all communications with our off shore team and execute the process. For Project Based work, we bring the work back to the US and test before presenting to our clients.
